  • Filing a claim does not prevent the consumer from pursuing other dispute resolution options, nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint with INDECOPI.
  • The provider must respond to the claim within a maximum period of fifteen (15) business days. This period may not be extended.

  • The personal information you provide through this portal will be processed for the purpose of properly managing your claim or complaint in accordance with applicable legal requirements. It will also be retained as part of the historical record of the case in order to help us improve our customer service standards.
